The Implications of Predictive Analytics for Criminal Prosecution

Description

It should be written as a Law Review. An Abstract, this is the thesis and the rest could be used for an abstract If a person’s “data double” (digital identity, innacurate inferred data, dirty data) is wrong, then the predictive analytics for Criminal Prosecution will be wrong and may violate a person’s privacy. (basically what I want to prove or show is the connection between predictive policing and prosecution is used and the data is innacurate).

Police have used predictive analytics software to predict crime, and prosecutors are using predictive analytics software to determine bail or sentencing. Predictive analytics software used by police or prosecutors may result in discrimination.
